www.springblossomstories.com is a site operated and control by KCTX RETAIL LTD; we are a Limited Liability Company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (EU) under registration number HE436632, and VAT number CY10436632Q, fully compliant with its obligations under the relevant law. Owner of the trade name SPRINGBLOSSOM STORIES NEWBORN & TODDLERS STORE with registration number 56117. Our registered office is Karaiskaki 1, Pieris Court, Flat 11, 2ndfloor, Agia Triada, 3032, Limassol, Cyprus. 

KC is the controller and responsible for your personal data.

HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will keep your personal data only as long as is necessary to perform our services, which is the purpose that we have collected them, after that your personal data will be deleted.

Kindly note that when your personal data will be destroyed, it will be securely and/or anonymized unless the personal data is required to be retained for any legal, regulatory or any other purposes such as:

· Personal data related to orders placed will be stored for a maximum of three (3) years unless your account to our Site is deleted by us before the above mentioned period.

· Personal data for accounting purposes will be stored for seven (7) years after the performance of each order placed with us. The data will be kept for twelve (12) years in case there are suspicions of any offence, fraud or false information.

· In the event of disputes or investigations, the personal data will be retained until the claim or investigation is resolved or if no longer required to be retained as per the law.

Kindly note that if you delete your account with us does not render the automatic deletion, destruction or anonymity of your personal data.
