SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We currently only ship within Cyprus.

 Shipping within Cyprus is:

· 6,00 EUR to the delivery address you have indicated in Cyprus (EU) and

· 4,50 EUR for pick up from your local ACS Courier Cyprus.

For items labeled as PRE-ORDER please allow 20-25 business days for delivery.

Local Returns and Refunds Policy 

Thank you for shopping at SpringBlossom Stories. 

However, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us in accordance with the Terms of Use available on our website. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.

Orders past 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Instructions
1. Email us at info@springblossomstories.com stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. Kindly let us know if the item was a gift.
2. Once your email is received and your return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products. 

3. Free Returns: There is no return fee involved. Instructions on returns will be provided in the email.

Refunds
We will refund the amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged. Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift Returns.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the Refund Instructions outlined above. We will process your refund and you can complete a new order online for your new items.

Gift Return
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at info@springblossomstories.com and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value to be used for other products on our website. Please note that gift returns cannot be exchanged for money but only for other products on our website
